MINUTES
President Kay Reis called the Cresco Public Library Board meeting to order on July 8, 2024, at 5:30 PM in the CPL Program Room. Board Members Tamra Foster, Trish Johnson, Joe Kaletka, Megan Nelson, Kay Reis, and Bryan Sheehy were present. Pam Kranzler was absent.
Guests in attendance were Jordyn Moore (Library Director), Lisa Blankenship (Assistant Director), and Jan Carman (City Council).
Kaletka made the motion to approve the agenda, approve the claims, and approve the minutes from the June 10, 2024 Cresco Public Library Board meeting. Sheehy seconded and approval of recurring items passed with all ayes.
Johnson made the motion to approve the Hotspot Borrowing Agreement Revisions. Nelson seconded and motion passed with all ayes.
Kaletka made the motion to approve the City of Cresco Full Time Employee Handbook with the spelling revision. Johnson seconded and motion passed with all ayes.
Foster moved to adjourn the meeting at 5:58 PM. Nelson seconded and the motion passed with all ayes. The next regular Cresco Public Library Board meeting will be Monday, August 12, 2024 at 5:30 PM in the CPL Program Room.
