MINUTES

Scene Shop Fundraising Meeting Minutes

The group met February 12t , at 6:30 at Champlin Hall.  Those in attendance were representatives of Cresco Community Theatre, Cresco Theatre Commission, Cresco Chamber, and City Council,  and included Spiff Slifka, Jason Passmore, Aaron Hvitved, Jayne Jensen, Joe Wacha, Jan Carmen, Stan Fosaaen Wendy Lickteig, Kelly Bartling, Dave Gosch, Ann Seebach, Steve Lickteig, and Julie Wilson.

The architect’s plans and projected costs were discussed.  The committee discussed the architect’s responsibilities, grant requirements, and next steps toward getting budget bids.  The Cresco Theatre Commission board members  will have an additional meeting on February 26th, 2024, at 6:45 p.m. to continue planning and preparation for the next Scene Shop Meeting.   The next Scene Shop Fundraising Meeting will be on March 11th, 2024, 6:30 PM at Champlin Hall.
