MINUTES

Scene Shop Fundraising Meeting Minutes

The group met November 21, 2023, from 6:30-7:00 at Champlin Hall.  Those in attendance were representatives of Cresco Community Theatre, Cresco Theatre Commission, Cresco Chamber  and included Wendy Lickteig, Joe Wacha, David Gosch, Kelly Bartling, Paul Jensen,  Spiff Slifka,  and Julie Wilson.

The architect for the project is currently completing the drawings.  When these are completed, next steps will be to firm up the campaign kickoff, timelines, and fundraising.  The group discussed naming rights, decided to break down giving levels into four groups, and reviewed the pledge/donor card.  When the fundraising begins, The Cresco Theatre Commission members will be the central point of contact to answer questions.

The group will meet again on Monday, December 11, 2023, 6:30 PM at Champlin Hall.
