Mayor David Brenno

Dave Brenno is the current mayor of Cresco.  He assumed his position in 2022 and is in his 1st year of serving as mayor. He has been a resident of the city of Cresco for over 9 years. Dave is the General Manager for Thompson Truck and Trailer in Decorah.

One of the main goals for the City of Cresco includes establishing a new 5 and 10 year plan to guide the community into the future. This will be done with the participation of the community and its organizations.  This will help the City in budgeting and planning for future needs. Cresco must continue to maintain its responsible fiscal management while still planning for future needs.  Communication with its citizens is vitally important. Dave can be reached at 563-265-1910.
