Lead Service Line Survey
The Iowa DNR requires Cities to complete a lead service line inventory on all service lines. If you have not previously filled yours out, please fill out and return ASAP. The questionnaire was a blue sheet of paper that was included with your utility bill a few months ago.
If you need an additional copy, please stop by city hall or email cityhall@cityofcresco.com for another copy.
