Athlete Factory

Program Description

Athlete Factory is a co-ed workout class designated for young athletes to come together in working hard to learn fundamentals of safe effective form, proprioception, speed & agility, strength training, and athletic conditioning. Athlete Factory will implement a 45-minute training session involving a dynamic warm-up, workout, and cooldown. These athletes will be surrounded by positive self-talk, go-to mantras, high-fives, proper body language, and an environment for all athletes to build confidence TOGETHER. Training locations may include, but are not limited to, multi-purpose room & upper gym area.
